  Horrible service!!! Three different times I've placed call in orders to pick up. They've told me 15-20 minutes.. When I get there I have to wait another 15 minutes on the order.. Today I even stop by the store before I go to pick my food up and still he same issues.. I had to wait to be acknowledged and ask if they could help me and then I told them I had a call in order. Instead of coming back to tell me that had not started it, she just left me sitting.. After sitting and waiting fifteens minutes and fifty minutes after I called the order in, I go ask what is taking so long.. The waitress tells me there was orders before mine, when I watched those orders walk in and I called mine in 40 minutes ago.. No apology for the wait or anything. Just told they will get it in a minute. Extremely poor service and will not eat here no more!!

  I ordered the breakfast sampler plate. On the menu it says two eggs,bacon,sausage links biscuit or toast. When I get my plate it has two eggs two slices of bacon and toast. This happened to me the last time I was there about 8 Mths ago and I didn't say anything. This time I ask the waitress why I didn't get the sausage links. She smiled and said she didn't know. I said if I hadn't wanted the sausage links I would've ordered the special off the board where I could've got gravy or grits for the same price as what I paid for the sampler plate. This place has gone to hell and the only time I eat there is when I haven't eaten in a couple days and can't find any other place open. The damn waitresses stand outside right in the door smoking then walk in when the customers do and go right to work preparing your meal with their nasty ass smokey hands.
